Over the past two years I’ve lost 60 pounds by eating better and increasing exercise. I’m going to Miami in March with my boyfriend and want to lose my last 20-25 by then, but I seem to be at a standstill, any tips to help me get off the plateau?
My friends and family tell me I look good, but I’m so not bikini ready. Thanks!!

I’m planning on running before school 2 or 3 times a week for the upcoming school year.
I would appreciate if anyone could give me any motivating advice, success stories, tips, etc. Anything is appreciated!
Oh, and just so you know what I’m going to get myself into… I need to wake up at 5:40 am to do this as opposed to 6:30 am.

I know lower carb dieting works but it is hard to stay on that when I only eat meat every now and then. i walk for exercise but it doesnt help, I am also trying to do natural treatment, and I don’t take any meds for my PCOS.

dont just say exercise 20 min. a day 3 days a week. tell me which exercises to do or give me a GOOD website that has all that on it

i am trying to lose my belly (baby fat) i am a small female and had 2 kids one then the other 10 months later but he was born 2 months early. so trying to see the best way to lose the belly or what exercise equipment would work good.

Many times I have read the tip to “choose something you enjoy”. I really don’t think there is such a thing for me in the realm of getting exercise. It’s just a necessary evil, but I do realize that there are benefits to it. Numerous times in my life I have started an exercise plan, but rarely have stuck with it for more than a couple months.
I just end up feeling resentful that I’m wasting so much of my time (and the precious little energy I have) doing it, when I could be doing something else.
Right now I’m just doing walking.

Ok, I’m exercising minimum of 30mins a day - I do 2 sets of 10-15mins on an eliptical trainer and try to do a 30-40min walk as well, and as a warm up for the trainer I do a 5+min warm up of stretches and bounces with 2kg weights…
Any tips on how I can increase what I do? Or what I could add to my workouts? Also what’s good for loosing belly flab? My **** and legs are tightening but my belly still looks the same!!
